THE DEPARTURE
Your journey begins on land. Settle in, meet your fellow diners and get ready for departure.
Whipped butter & crostini followed by flavours from the land - seasonal vegetables, poultry or cured meats.
The Shallows
DEVON'S COASTAL WATERS
We leave the land behind and arrive at the shallows of Devon's coastline.
Think seaweed, oysters, mussels, langoustines, prawns, lobster, crab ad cured fish inspired by what our coastline has to offer.
The Deep
THE UK'S OPEN SEAS
We head further offshore and into deeper waters.
A rich, savoury fish course with deeper bolder flavours celebrating the Catch of the UK's open seas.
Landfall
THE RETURN
Back on dry land, our journey comes to an end with a sweet and salty finish.
Dessert inspired flavours, seasonal fruits such as figs, cheeses and a touch of something sweet.
